Qualifying jobs for a $500 bonus include:
- Lifeguards (Ages 16+)
- Summer Camp Counselors (Ages 18+)
Employees must work 150 hours (up to 400 hours are available) during a two month period (start no later than June 1, 2021 through August 2021)
Those seeking a new lifeguard certification through the YMCA of Central Kentucky are also eligible to be refunded the full cost of the lifeguard course after successfully completing it and having actively worked for the YMCA for 90 days thereafter.
