Registration Info

Below are the required forms you will need to complete your camp registration. New this year are fillable forms which you can complete online and submit directly to our camp staff. You will need to create a digital signature to sign these forms digitally and we've provided instructions for you below. See you at camp!

How to ENROLL YOUR CHILD IN CAMP and Parent Information

Complete the Registration form and fill out information on EVERY line clearly. Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted. Registration forms can be found online or at any Branch or After School Site after 3/5/2017.  A current photo of your child is required at every camp and must be submitted with the registration form each camp season.

You can register online. This reserves your spot, please print out and submit the registration form to the YMCA, within 5 days to any YMCA location listed below. Registration is not complete until ALL forms are received.  Your spot will be released for another child if your child’s registration form has not been received by the designated time. Once your camp registration is complete you will receive a confirmation email.

There is a $15 per week per child deposit required to reserve your child’s spot at camp. Include your camp deposit payment (online will be paid immediately). Program vouchers may NOT be used for weekly deposits.  Mandatory Credit card or EFT drafts for weekly payments (see handbook).  Credit card or checking account information needs to be on file for automatic draft.  Cash Payments need to be approved ahead of time by the Program Director of Camp – Jennifer Hubbard.  Please contact Jennifer Hubbard (camps@ymcacky.org) to set up this agreement.  If no payment is received by the designated date, a $15 late fee will be charged.

Place your completed registration forms with payment in an envelope and label envelope Day Camp Registration.

(Registrations may NOT be entered at the time of drop off, they will be entered by our camp registrars. To reserve your spot immediately please use online registration method.)

OR You can scan in and e-mail all completed forms and payment to camps@ymcacky.org.

Remaining Balance Information

The remaining balance for each camp will be drafted the Tuesday prior to the start of each camp week. If payment is not accepted on time, your child’s enrollment may be cancelled. There is a $15.00 returned check fee that will be applied to your account if draft is returned.

Open Doors

Through the generous contributions of our donors, the YMCA of Central Kentucky provides financial assistance that enables all members of the community to enjoy YMCA programs, regardless of income. Sharing the financial responsibility for a Y membership or program will give you peace of mind as well as a sense of ownership and pride. Those who qualify will be asked to pay only a portion of the established rate. Applications may be picked up at any Y Member Services or online at ymcacky.org.

Changes/Cancellations/Refunds

Please complete a Summer Camp Change Form and return it the Monday prior to the start of the selected week or your account will be charged the full fee. NO verbal or over the phone withdrawals or changes are accepted. If you cancel a week, the non-refundable and non-transferable deposits paid will be forfeited. When switching /adding a week, the deposit for the new week is due with the change of camp form.
