The YMCA of Central Kentucky offers a wide array of programs for children and adults alike. From sports leagues, to fitness classes, to swim lessons, ballet, martial arts, and karate, we have something to appeal to everyone.
For most programs and leagues--except group exercise classes--we offer programs in sessions.
4 week sessions begin in January, February, March & April
8 week sessions begin in January & March
12 week sessions begin in January
Y Members may register on the 10th of the prior month before session date while non-members on the 20th of the prior month before session date.
