The YMCA of Central Kentucky offers a wide array of programs for children and adults alike. From sports leagues, to fitness classes, to swim lessons, ballet, martial arts, and karate, we have something to appeal to everyone.
Session dates begin the first week of each of the following months.
4 week sessions begin in May, June, July & August
8 week sessions begin in May & July
12 week sessions begin in April & July
Y Members: 10th of the prior month before session date
Non-members: 20th of the prior month before session date
