If you want to transform the way your body looks, feels and performs, then this is the program for you. This is a progressive program where participants experience increased core strength, improved postural body alignment, awareness, functionality and improve strength and flexibility while defining the muscles. We offer Pilates Reformer fee-based classes at the Carol Martin Gatton Beaumont and High St Y locations. This program complements the Mat Pilates drop-in classes that are free and included in a Y membership at all 3 branches and can be found on the Group Exercise schedules.
